This Sleep spray from Zen by Zen is designed to give your bedroom a pleasant scent. The essential oils used are known for their calming properties that promote sleep. You can use this spray as you would use a regular room spray. Spray directly above your pillow or duvet, or spread the scent throughout the bedroom.

Which essential oils?

The spray contains the following essential oils: mandarin, lavender, lavendin, geranium and palmarosa.

Use case

-Shake the bottle briefly to mix the essential oils.
-Hold the bottle upright and spray the spray into the air, towards the center of the room.
-Distribute: If necessary, walk through the room to distribute the scent evenly.
-Ventilate: Provide adequate ventilation, especially if the odor is strong, by opening a window or door.
-Safety: Avoid direct contact with furniture, surfaces and pets to avoid possible stains or irritations.

Repeat as necessary to achieve desired fragrance strength.
