The CBN crystals can be used in different ways:

Direct application in the mouth: Place a small amount of CBN crystals under the tongue and allow them to dissolve for approximately 30-60 seconds before swallowing with a few sips of water. You can also measure the exact number of milligrams (mg) of CBN crystals with a precision scale to determine the accurate CBN intake per serving.

Homemade CBN oil: Pour 9 ml of hemp seed oil into an empty 10 ml pipette bottle and add 1 gram (1000 mg) of CBN crystals. Heat the bottle in a bain-marie, shake regularly and you have now made a 5% CBN oil using the crystals.

CBN liquid: Mix 10% CBN crystals with vape liquid. For example, if you have 1ml of vape liquid, add 100mg of CBN crystals to get a 10% CBN liquid.

Keep in mind that 1 ml equals 1000 mg and 1000 mg equals 1 gram, allowing you to calculate exactly how many CBN crystals to use for each application. For CBN tea, all you need to do is weigh out the desired amount of milligrams of CBN crystals and then add them to your tea. Just stir and your CBN tea is ready.
