Delivery time and shipping costs

Orders within the Netherlands: free shipping when you spend more than 25 euros. For orders lower than 25 euros, we ask a small contribution towards the shipping costs of 3,95 euros.

We ship for free to other countries within the EU from 50 euros.

When your payment has been received by us, the order will be processed. The delivery time of the order is approximately 1-3 working days (in the Netherlands). All orders are shipped discreetly with PostNL.

When your order has been packed, we will send you an email with the track & trace code of your order. When you click on the track & trace code you will see an indication of the delivery time. Have you not received a track & trace code? Then check the “junk folder” of your mailbox.

If your order fits in a letterbox package, you will not receive a track & trace code. After all, the package can then pass through the letterbox. You do not have to stay at home to receive it.

In order to provide you with the best possible service as an internet shopper, we have built in the following steps:

1. Product selection
You must first make a product choice and choose the quantity. You can place this choice in the shopping cart by clicking the "in shopping cart" button. The product is now automatically placed in your shopping cart. When your order is complete, click on the button "view shopping cart", or on the top right of the image of the shopping cart. Then click on “proceed to checkout”.

2. Entering your data
During this step you can choose from three options:

-Log in with your data (existing customers)
-Register a account (new customer)
- “Pay as guest”, login / registration is not required

3. Invoice address or shipping address
You can now choose to have the order shipped to the billing address or to another address (shipping address).

4. Payment method
After you have indicated to which address the order can be sent, you can choose a payment method (including iDEAL).

5. Wrap up
When you have selected a payment method, you can confirm your order by clicking on “place order” in the order overview. Once your order has been placed, our system will send you an email containing a copy of the order form. No mail in your inbox? Then check the “junk folder” of your e-mail.
