What is CBD oil full spectrum?
CBD oil full spectrum is cannabis oil that, in addition to Cannabidiol (CBD), also contains other useful substances from the cannabis plant such as CBN, CBG and THC.
The main difference between CBD oil full spectrum and CBD oil broad spectrum is that CBD oil full spectrum does contain the legally permitted percentage of THC. CBD oil broad spectrum does not contain THC.
Production CBD oil full spectrum
The difference in content between CBD oil full spectrum and CBD oil broad spectrum is related to the different production methods of these two forms of cannabis oil.
Cold extraction is used in the production of CBD oil full spectrum. This means that all useful substances are retained.
Warm extraction is used in the production of broad spectrum CBD oil. Cannabinoids such as CBN, CBG and THC are partly broken down and partly converted into CBD. A cannabinoid is a substance from the cannabis plant that the human body's endocannabinoid system responds to.
What CBD percentage?
Every body is different and therefore every child, adult or animal will react differently to the cannabis oil. Our advice is:
• 2,5 – 5%: children
• 5% - 40%: adults
It also makes a difference whether you have used cannabis oil before. When you first start using cannabis oil, it is better to choose a slightly lower percentage (5% - 10%). You can always opt for stronger cannabis oil later.

How many mg of CBD per day?
As mentioned before, every person is different. That is why we cannot say how many milligrams (mg) of CBD per day is most suitable for you.
There is no set standard for CBD dosages, as the right amount of CBD is highly dependent on how your body and mind respond to CBD. Several factors, such as your gender, age, weight, genetics, metabolism and general health, play a role in this.
That's why we recommend starting with a small amount of CBD and gradually increasing it over a longer period of time. How many mg of CBD each CBD oil contains is stated in the product description in our webshop. A recommended starting dose is approximately 10 mg CBD per day.
-5% CBD oil contains 2 mg CBD per drop (start with approximately 5 drops per day)
-10% CBD oil contains 4 mg CBD per drop (start with approximately 2-3 drops per day)
-25% CBD oil contains 10 mg CBD per drop (start with 1 drop per day)
An average CBD dosage is between 30 and 50 milligrams of CBD per day. The Cannabinoid Consultancy Netherlands has determined that the maximum daily dose of CBD may be 160 milligrams.
CBD oil full spectrum or CBD oil broad spectrum?
Are you unsure whether you should choose CBD oil full spectrum or CBD oil broad spectrum? Our personal preference is for full spectrum CBD oil, for the simple reason that this form of CBD oil contains the legally permitted percentage of THC.
THC contributes to the entourage effect in CBD oil by working together with CBD and other compounds in the hemp plant, increasing the therapeutic benefits of full spectrum CBD oil.
How much THC?
Because almost no cannabinoids are broken down during the production of full spectrum CBD oil, this may raise the question of how much THC is in full spectrum CBD oil. A fair question, because you obviously don't want to get high if you use CBD oil. We can reassure you.
Industrial hemp is used to produce CBD oil full spectrum. This type of cannabis plant contains a negligibly small amount of THC. As a result, the amount of THC in CBD oil full spectrum is also negligibly small and legal. Therefore, it is impossible for you to get high.
CBD oil full spectrum is legal in the Netherlands if it contains a maximum of 0,05% THC. In other European countries this percentage may be 0,2% THC.
